Advocate BroMenn Health System developed a 28,000 SF Medical Fitness Center as part of a 105,000 sf facility including sports performance, orthopedics and clinics. Collaboration with Signet Development, Method, and Advocate developed a full-service fitness and aquatic center.
Renovation goals included transforming the prior outdated tired gym space into an energizing and revitalizing one with good fen shui. The facility includes 4,000+ square feet of weight equipment, group fitness room and cardio areas. Advance Performance Fitness revised their business plan with the goal of enhancing their clinical practice. The objective revolved around improving their overall brand by synergistically connecting the various programming departments through architectural and interior design.
Design objective was to create a 15,000 SF Sports Performance Center for youth speed, agility and strength conditioning programming. levelHEADS served as the Design Architect through Signet Development and Method Sports Performance. The Architect of Record was Farnsworth.
Custom details include chandeliers made from motorcycle bike chains, hand blown glass and lead piping adding a touch of industrial elegance.
