A New Beginning for Cornerstone

levelHEADS received zoning and planning approval last evening for The Cornerstone Market & Deli's new 8,500 sf. facility located in Monroe Falls, Ohio.

The design in reminiscent of the previous structure, however the new concept  includes a long-gabled front façade and produce display galleries each side of the main entry.

The floor plan will be very open and column free to optimize new retail patterns and increased visibility of all products.

Next steps include gaining permit for the core and shell and developing a dynamic interior environment that speaks to Cornerstone's brand and accentuates the display of produce, deli and bakery goods.
